FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
1. Direct and coordinate all accounting/finance/treasury functions of the Nepal Group
2. Develop budget framework and oversee the implementation and the annual budgeting process
3. Develop and implement efficient finance and tax strategies
4. Provide timely accurate financial reports and information for management decision making
5. Manage cashflow and funding of the company
6. Safeguard all company’s assets
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
7. Liaise with banks regarding loan structuring, interest rate negotiations etc
8. Liaise with external auditors on final accounts and company statutory-related matters
9. Liaise with departmental/SBU heads on budget planning and implementing the company’s strategic plan
MANAGEMENT REPORTING
10. Ensure that regular reports on financial activities of the company are produced and submitted to the Group Managing Director on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
MONITORING
11. Monitor preparation of timely and accurate financial/management accounts
STATUTORY MATTERS
12. Ensure that all statutory remittances e.g. PAYE, pensions etc are made as at when due by law
